We are delighted to announce that the fourth edition of The Image Conference organised by the Munich English Language Teachers’ Association is being held at the Gasteig in Munich, Germany on Saturday 5th December.
The conference, which is the only event dedicated exclusively to the use of images in language teaching, will bring together leading experts and practitioners in the use of images in language learning such as Ceri Jones, Paul Driver, Carmen Herrero , Fiona Mauchline, Anna Whitcher, Samantha Lewis and Kieran Donaghy who will share their experiences, insights and know-how and will provide participants with an excellent opportunity to enhance their competence in the innovative and creative use of images.
The conference will be held in the Gasteig which is Munich’s main cultural centre located in the heart of the beautiful Bavarian capital.
The Image Conference would like to thank MELTA, especially Helen Strong the MELTA Chair, and Panchali Belde, the MELTA Events Co-ordinator who is also the conference organiser, for agreeing to host the event.
The Call for Papers will be announced on Monday 25th May.
