Evan Frendo is a Business English and ESP specialist who is afrequent speaker at conferences, he also travels regularly in Europe and Asia to run courses or to work as a consultant. He has written numerous in-house courses for multinationals, and has also published several books, including the well-known How to teach Business English (Pearson, 2005). Here Evan talks about his session at The Image Conference in Munich on 5th december 2015.
